As we begin the second half of the 2024-2025 school year, I want to take a moment to reflect and connect with our community. We recognize that there is much work to be done.

The City of Newburgh has released a statement regarding the incident and has confirmed that the shooter has been identified and charged with multiple felony charges and that the weapon has been recovered.

The rich history in Newburgh is key to celebrating Black excellence in our community! In honor of Black History month all students PK-12 are invited to showcase what they research, learn, and know about black history here in Newburgh.
