Under the leadership of Dr. Jackielyn Manning Campbell, our 2019 Capital Bond Projects are officially back on track and moving full steam ahead! We are thrilled to share the latest progress photos and updates from New Windsor School, where significant transformations are taking place to enhance the learning environment for our scholars.
Current Construction Milestones:
Our teams have been working diligently to reach these critical benchmarks:

Demolition Complete: Demolition at the rear of the building has been successfully finalized to make way for new structures.

Foundation Poured: We have officially poured the building foundation walls for the Lower-Level Lobby, a key component of the new building addition.

Mechanical Upgrades: Installation of new mechanical ductwork is progressing rapidly on the lower floor of the existing building, laying the groundwork for modernized HVAC systems.

Administration Suite: A full renovation of the main office to create a more efficient and welcoming administrative hub.

Nurse’s Suite: A modernized health office designed to better serve student medical needs and wellness.

Classroom Modernization: Targeted renovations to existing classrooms to ensure all students have access to 21st-century learning environments.

Site Improvements: Updates to the upper staff parking lot, a temporary bus loop for safer student transport, and overall sitework.
Infrastructure & Systems Upgrades

Mechanical Systems: A complete overhaul of the building’s HVAC and mechanical systems to improve air quality, heating, and cooling efficiency.

Electrical Service Upgrades: Modernizing the electrical grid to support increased technology use and new building loads.

Plumbing Modernization: Upgrades to the facility’s plumbing infrastructure for better reliability and water efficiency.
